RUIX MK1 – Uncompromising Precision
The RUIX MK1 is a highly rigid CNC gantry milling machine, purpose-built for precise machining of wood, plastics and aluminium. Its solid frame is constructed from custom-designed aluminium profiles that are extruded, stress-relieved through heat treatment, and fully CNC-machined on all guide surfaces. All holes and threads are pre-machined at the factory – ensuring perfect alignment without T-slot nuts or manual adjustments.
With closed-loop stepper motors, backlash-free C5 ball screws, 15 mm Z1 linear rails and a powerful 2.2 kW spindle, the RUIX MK1 delivers impressive dynamics and repeatability. The grblHAL-based 4-axis control system features a modern 32-bit architecture and integrated safety relay – making it a reliable and future-ready solution for both professional users and demanding hobbyists.
