Shipping and Payment Terms

Shipping

We ship all machines within the European Union via our logistics partner Rhenus. Small shipments, such as accessories or spare parts, are sent via Swiss Post. Risk and shipping costs pass to the customer upon handover of the goods to the carrier.

For international deliveries within the EU, standard delivery is based on Incoterms DAP (Delivered At Place). Delivery according to DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is available upon request.

Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is made in two installments: 50% deposit upon order placement and 50% prior to machine delivery.

For pre-sale of machines offered at a reduced price, full payment of 100% in advance is required before the contract is concluded.

Payments must be made by the agreed date. In case of late payment, we reserve the right to withhold delivery or cancel the contract. Ownership of the goods remains with Richner-Precision until full payment is received.
