The BLOQ6 is the new flagship of the BLOQ series – built for those who refuse to accept limits in the compact CNC class. More power, more space, more stability – all on a footprint of less than one square meter.
At its core is a massive Castolith™ cast frame, reinforced with generously dimensioned, annealed and precision-ground steel components. 20 mm high-preload linear rails, 20 mm C5 ball screws, and powerful 750 W servo motors deliver smooth, accurate, and backlash-free motion – up to 20 m/min feed rate.
The ISO30 milling spindle provides a solid 4.5 kW (6 HP) and up to 24,000 RPM, making it ideal even for demanding materials. Cooling is handled actively by a fan system, driven by a Mitsubishi VFD – robust, industrial-grade, and built to last.
Control comes via our advanced Dominator Pro 32-bit 5-axis controller with 256 GB program memory – fully standalone, no external PC required, yet equipped with all essential interfaces.
With a working area of 450 × 280 × 270 mm, a 440 × 260 mm table with four 8 mm T-slots, and structural rigidity far beyond its size, the BLOQ6 is ready to deliver uncompromising performance in compact form.
